 After visiting many of the dealerships in the Toledo area, and leaving
overwhelmed, disappointed and in one case insulted, I had almost given
up on finding the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. But thank goodness
I didnt give up too soon. After Chris going out of his way on my
initial visit, just to look around, I felt there was hope. His high
level of exceptional customer service carried through the entire
process, even after the sale was complete, standing out in the terrible
heat helping me transfer things from my old car to the new one. I so
much appreciated his patience, hard work and sensitivity to my
concerns. True customer service is not obsolete....Chris is proof of
